The Norwegian Labor and Welfare Service (NAV) administers a large proportion of the most important welfare benefits and social security programs in the Norwegian society including unemployment benefits, sick leave benefits and occupational assessments. Dialogue meetings are follow-up meetings under NAV's direction where the employer, the patient on sick leave and the GP are required to meet and seek solutions together.
